Triskele Labs successfully completes 2025 ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certification audits

Independent assurance of information security and service management maturity

Audit outcome summary

Triskele Labs has successfully completed its 2025 external certification audits for ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1, with zero non-conformances identified across both standards. Conducted during November, the audits independently assessed how Triskele Labs manages information security and IT service delivery across its operations. This outcome provides clients, partners and procurement teams with clear, third-party assurance that Triskele Labs continues to operate in line with globally recognised best-practice frameworks.

Triskele Labs and ISO/IEC 27001

ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It defines how organisations identify, manage and continually improve controls that protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

For Triskele Labs, maintaining ISO 27001 certification demonstrates that information security is embedded into how the organisation operates — not treated as a one-off compliance exercise. The standard requires disciplined risk management, documented controls, regular controls testing, leadership oversight and continuous improvement.

For clients, this certification provides confidence that Triskele Labs:

  1. Manages sensitive information in a structured, risk-based manner
  2. Protects client data against evolving cyber threats
  3. Operates with governance and accountability aligned to international expectations
  4. Meets common assurance requirements for regulated and security-conscious environments

ISO 27001 is particularly relevant for organisations operating in regulated industries, critical infrastructure, government and professional services, where independent validation of security practices is essential.

Triskele Labs and ISO/IEC 20000-1

ISO/IEC 20000-1 is the international standard for IT Service Management (ITSM). It focuses on how services are designed, delivered, monitored and continually improved to meet client expectations.

Triskele Labs’ ISO 20000 certification confirms that its service delivery operates within a mature, repeatable and measurable framework. This includes incident management, change management, service continuity, performance monitoring and continual improvement.

For clients, ISO 20000 matters because it demonstrates that Triskele Labs:

  1. Delivers services consistently and reliably
  2. Manages incidents and changes in a controlled, transparent manner
  3. Aligns service delivery with agreed outcomes and expectations
  4. Maintains accountability and service quality as operations scale

In practice, this means clients can expect not only strong technical capability, but also predictable, well-governed service delivery that supports long-term partnerships.

Ongoing assurance for clients and stakeholders

Triskele Labs has maintained both ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certifications for many consecutive years. The 2025 audit outcome reflects the ongoing commitment of teams across security, operations, service delivery and leadership to maintain the evidence, discipline and accountability required by both standards.

Maintaining Triskele Labs’ ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certifications is critical to both the organisation and our clients, as it demonstrates a mature, independently verified information security management system and a consistently high standard of service delivery.

These certifications provide assurance that our security, governance and service-management practices meet globally recognised benchmarks, underpinning the trust our clients place in us.

It is also pleasing to confirm that this year’s external audits identified zero non-conformances against both standards, reaffirming the strength and reliability of our operating model.
